taThis Legal Notice governs all shipping and delivery terms for purchases made through PulseCraft. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping policies and terms outlined below.

1. Free Shipping Terms & Eligibility

Free Delivery Exclusions: Free delivery applies exclusively to standard ground shipping services within UAE.Express options, oversized freight, or international destinations may incur additional charges as indicated at checkout.
Modifications: PulseCraft reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time without prior notice.

2. Estimated Delivery & Delays Disclaimer

Non-Binding Estimates: Any delivery timeframes, shipping speeds, or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delays: PulseCraft shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, labor strikes, customs clearances, holiday surges, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.
No Refund for Carrier Delays: Transit delays do not entitle the customer to a cancellation, discount, or instant refund while the package is actively in transit with the carrier.

3. Customer Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Correct Information: The customer is strictly responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address (including unit/apartment numbers) at the time of purchase.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable," "Refused," or due to an "Insufficient Address":
- PulseCraft reserves the right to charge a re-shipping fee to send the package to a corrected address.
- If the order is cancelled, a restocking fee and the actual cost of initial postage (even if originally shipped under "Free Delivery") may be deducted from any store credit or refund.

4. Transfer of Risk & Title (Loss & Theft)

Delivery Confirmation: Title to items and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the package by the shipping carrier to the address provided.
Stolen Packages: PulseCraft is not legally responsible for stolen or missing packages once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered." Customers are encouraged to report stolen packages to local law enforcement or file a mail theft claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

DAP Terms: Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, all international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP) / Duties Unpaid.
Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), brokerage fees, or administrative fees levied by destination customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refused Customs: If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties, any costs incurred by PulseCraft to retrieve or dispose of the parcel will be deducted from the customer's refund.
